What future for the UK’s unpaid carers? Andrew Marr and Professor Saul Becker in conversation

In a film specially made for Carers Trust’s online Network Partner Conference this week, we asked renowned broadcaster Andrew Marr to discuss the future of caring in the UK with Professor Saul Becker. Saul Becker is an academic, social scientist and social worker. He is renowned for his work on young carers and is regarded as a world expert in the field. He is a former young carer. In this video recording of their conversation, Andrew and Saul offer fascinating insights into the future for the UK’s seven million unpaid carers. They also provide some very personal observations on their own experiences of caring, and being cared for.
